On 29th July 2025, Team Backstage executed a high-impact press meet for global sports retail giant Decathlon at Le Méridien, New Delhi — marking the official launch of five proudly Made in India products and celebrating the brand's growing commitment to local manufacturing.
Our scope encompassed full creative conceptualisation, venue coordination, stage design, branding, audio-visual production, media management, and seamless on-ground show flow management. The setup was designed to reflect Decathlon's premium global identity while placing the Made in India narrative front and centre — with dedicated product display zones integrated into a structured, visually compelling stage layout.
Media engagement was a core priority. We facilitated smooth press briefings, guided product walkthroughs, and interactive Q&A sessions that gave journalists and industry stakeholders meaningful access to the new product range. Every touchpoint — from guest arrival to the final product unveiling — was choreographed for maximum impact and brand alignment.
