The HCL Healthcare Excellence Awards 2025 was a prestigious, large-scale recognition platform honouring outstanding achievement across India's healthcare industry. Team Backstage was entrusted with end-to-end execution across two premier venues — Radisson Blu, Noida (9th October) and Taj MG Road, Bangalore (31st October) — delivering a consistent, high-impact experience in both cities.

Our scope spanned creative conceptualisation, theme development, venue production, technical execution, artist management, VIP coordination, and experiential installations. Custom-designed interactive photo booths elevated guest engagement, while live musical performances by Divyansh Manuraj added a memorable entertainment dimension. Celebrity guest speakers — Mohammad Kaif in Delhi and Venkatesh Prasad in Bangalore — brought added prestige and audience excitement to both ceremonies.

Maintaining brand consistency across two geographically separate events demanded rigorous planning, standardised production workflows, and airtight logistics management. Every detail — from stage design to VIP movement — was coordinated with precision, ensuring a seamless and premium guest experience at each venue.
