On 14th April 2023, Team Backstage conceptualised and executed one of India's largest synchronised healthcare inauguration events — the simultaneous launch of 14 cancer care hospitals across Assam for the Assam Cancer Care Foundation. The main ceremony was held in Guwahati, with all 14 locations connected live in real time — graced by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India and the late Mr. Ratan Tata.

Our execution centred on seamless multi-location integration. Advanced video conferencing technology, large-format LED screens, and broadcast-quality audio-visual systems ensured every site experienced a unified, synchronised inauguration moment. Dedicated technical teams were deployed at each location, supported by redundant internet and power backup systems to guarantee zero-lag performance throughout.

The central challenge was achieving perfect synchronisation across geographically dispersed venues in real time. A centralised cue system, multiple rehearsals, and dedicated high-speed networks with full backup redundancy ensured every location was connected, coordinated, and live without a single disruption.

The result was a flawlessly executed, nationally significant event that set a new benchmark for large-scale hybrid and multi-location event management in India — and stands as one of Team Backstage's most defining achievements.
